How to Install Stock Firmware on Xiaomi Redmi Note 9:

Download and Install USB Driver On the PC
Download & Extract MI Flash
Now Run MI Flash Click Refresh
Select Extracted Fastboot ROM folder
Reboot the Phone to Bootloader and Connect To the PC
Click Start and wait until success.

Flashing Via SP Flash tool:

Extract Downloaded Official Stock ROM.
Install Mediatek Vcom Driver on Your computer.
Download & Extract SP Flash tools, Run SP Flash tool.exe
Go to the Download tab click Download agent and chose downloaded MTK_AllInOne_DA_mt6785.bin
Click Scatter and Load Scatter File from ROM Folder
Select Download Only. if you have selected “Format all + Download” then it will wipe the IMEI Number tool so be careful.
Click Download & Connect Your Switched-off Phone.
You can see Flashing Process on Screen. once done, unplug & switch it on
