Redmi Gaming Monitor G24 165Hz Launched In China for ¥599 ($86)

In China, Redmi has introduced a new gaming monitor. Officially, the gadget is known as the Redmi Gaming Monitor G24 165Hz. The monitor’s 23.8-inch display, as the name implies, supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz.

It is the second gaming display from the company. In late February, the first one with the same-sized screen was introduced. It has a unique design and can support a refresh rate of up to 240Hz.

The new Redmi monitor has a 23.8-inch LCD panel with a 1920 x 1080 pixel (FHD) resolution and an 8-bit color depth (16.7 million colors). The panel has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of up to 165Hz.

The display has a contrast ratio of 3500:1 and can cover up to 120% of the sRGB color gamut. It has an ΔE<2 color accuracy and supports HDR10 content.

It also has up to 1ms MPRT reaction time, DC dimming, low blue light mode, and Adaptive-Sync capability (Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync).

In terms of ports, the monitor includes 1 x HDMI, 1 x DisplayPort, 1 x audio output, and 1 x DC power in. Last but not least, it includes a cable management hub.

In China, the Redmi Gaming Monitor G24 165Hz costs 599 RMB ($86). It is already available for purchase in the region and comes with a three-year warranty.

This monitor, like most Xiaomi and Redmi monitors, may be limited to the company’s native market.
