Redmi 9i Sport mobile was launched on 15th September 2020. The phone comes with a 6.53-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Redmi 9i is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor that features 4 cores clocked at 1.5GHz and 4 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Redmi 9i runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The Redmi 9i supports proprietary fast charging.
The Redmi 9i Sport on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The Redmi 9i Sport runs MIUI is based on Android 10 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB) with a dedicated slot. The Redmi 9i is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Redmi 9i measures 164.90 x 77.07 x 9.00mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.00 grams. It was launched in Midnight Black, Sea Blue, and Nature Green colors.
Connectivity options on the Redmi 9i include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer. The Redmi 9i supports face unlock.
