Poco X3 Pro Gets Android 12 based MIUI 13 update

Poco X3 Pro Specifications

Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro is officially released on March 24, 2021. The dimension of the smartphone is 165.3 x 76.8 x 9.4 mm and it weighs 215 grams. The device is packed with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM along with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage options.

The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 640. The display of the Xiaomi Poco X3 comes with a 6.67 inches IPS LCD and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

There is a built-in non-removable lithium-ion polymer 5160 mAh battery that supports a Fast charging 33W, 59% in 30 min, 100% in 59 min (advertised). It also features a USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go.

The rear camera consists of latest quad-camera: 48 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) and it features Dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama. On the front, there is a single 20 MP (wide) camera. The sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.

The Poco X3 Pro receives the Android 12-centric update with the build number 13.0.3.0.SJUMIXM. Although it requires a large amount of data to download, you may speed up the process by connecting your phone to a WiFi network. The OTA is now being seeded to Global units of the X3 Pro smartphone, and it will be joined by other units throughout the world in the following days.

Xiaomi has released the MIUI 13 update for the Poco X3 Pro, which includes features such as an enhanced file storage system, a RAM optimization engine, CPU priority optimization, up to 10% longer battery life, a sidebar, and more. It does not yet contain features such as the new Super Wallpapers and the new widgets system, but we may anticipate it to be handed out with an incremental OTA. Poco X3 Pro users can now upgrade their phones to the new MIUI 13 OS. For the time being, the new skin is available for users who opted company’s beta testing program known as the pilot testing program. If everything goes fine, we can expect a stable OTA within the next few weeks.
