How to Enable Virtual Memory Extension on Xiaomi Phones

• Make sure your Xiaomi phone is running on the latest MIUI 12.5.
• Clean your storage (at least 5GB free space recommended) as it will make use of your device’s Internal Storage.
• Now open Settings on your Xiaomi phone

• Navigate to Additional Settings > Memory Extension.
• Here you can turn on the toggle to enable Memory Extension.
